Assessment Centre

The Assessment Centre (AC) is an analysis and evaluation methodology of corporate resources, and replies to the following question:” what is the pontential of a person who will be given assignments and responsibilities of different complexity?”
The AC focus is to understand what is the gap between a person and the skills he/she will need in the future.
An AC project generally concerns specific organizational moments:

  • reorganizations (mergers, buy-outs, job rotation, i.e.) with a consequent review of the personnel;
  • changes of role;
  • career advancement;
  • increase in responsibility;
  • entry of talents and key resources in the company

Fluxus plans and organizes AC aimed at providing company with careful information, with a keen eye to provide a positive impact on participants and the Organization as a whole.

Development Centre

The Development Centre (DC) is a system joining together evaluation and development of individual potential and skills.

The DC starts from an integrated analysis of the skills of the person being evaluated, with the aim of inducing his/her commitment by increasing his/her value and giving him/her a sense of responsibility as the main responsible of his/her learning path.

Whereas the Assessment Center stops its action to the assessment of potential, a first feedback and the settlement of certain lines of development to be delivered to the organization, the DC works from the first moment on the development of resources, using for this purpose the evaluation part and directly involving the resources themselves.

Fluxus designs and bulds innovative systems (see DEVELOPMENT LAB) with the aim of providing company with DC systems fit to create a real commitment and improvement of the involved resources.

Corporate Coaching

The Corporate Coaching is an individual coaching, a continuous path structured through a trust relationship between a Coach and a Coachee.

This path assures the following actions:

  • personalization of relationship and approach on the basis of coachee’s characteristics and needs;
  • focus on the objectives chosen by the Coachee or by the Organization;
  • continuous and targeted attention to resources, knowledge, skills, needs, wishes and emotions of the coachee.
Fluxus offers its methodologic and content know-how for planning and achieving Corporate Coaching paths aimed at giving people and organizations the expected value-added.

Performance Management

The Performance Management is a structured system aimed to achieve organizational objectives through the achievement of individual objectives of each corporate resource.
The Performance Management is a process consisting of the following steps:

  • definition and agreement on the objectives between the Chief and the Assistant;
  • definition and agreement on evaluation parameters;
  • useful activies for the achievement of objectives;
  • monitoring of the performance and possible review of evaluation parameters;
  • review and appraisal of the Performance;
  • feedbacking;
  • feedforwarding Chief-Assistant and possible improvement plan.

 

Fluxus supports each Organization in building, implementing and revitalizing Performance Management systems, being aware that the success of these systems is a result of a balanced blend of:
