
The Assessment Centre (AC) is an analysis and evaluation methodology of corporate resources, and replies to the following question:” what is the pontential of a person who will be given assignments and responsibilities of different complexity?”
The AC focus is to understand what is the gap between a person and the skills he/she will need in the future.
An AC project generally concerns specific organizational moments:

The Development Centre (DC) is a system joining together evaluation and development of individual potential and skills.
The DC starts from an integrated analysis of the skills of the person being evaluated, with the aim of inducing his/her commitment by increasing his/her value and giving him/her a sense of responsibility as the main responsible of his/her learning path.
Whereas the Assessment Center stops its action to the assessment of potential, a first feedback and the settlement of certain lines of development to be delivered to the organization, the DC works from the first moment on the development of resources, using for this purpose the evaluation part and directly involving the resources themselves.
The Corporate Coaching is an individual coaching, a continuous path structured through a trust relationship between a Coach and a Coachee.
